The history of Bassett’s in transport dates back to 1897, when founder Joseph Bassett operated as the village wheelwright and blacksmith from a small part of our current 11-acre site in Tittensor, Staffordshire.

Today, 5th generation Directors of our service-driven operation are developing the Business to react to, and exceed, the ever-changing requirements of our valued clients.

Our forward thinking family Business delivers ‘quality assured’ road haulage, palletised distribution, warehousing, driver training and vehicle maintenance solutions to clients throughout the UK. Through our accreditation to ISO 9001:2008, we operate to the highest standards of quality and reliability, and offering the best possible service to our customers is at the heart of everything we do.
